Parameters

Three main parameters determine the electron beam machine, which are based on the size of the parts, the geometry of the weld, and the performance requirements:

Vacuum chamber. The smaller the chamber, the shorter the pumping time for the same vacuum system configuration, which means increased productivity. The presence of a movable gun allows for a 45% increase in the useful volume of the chamber and increases flexibility when working with parts. In the EBCUBE series, we offer working chambers with volumes ranging from several tens of liters to 1 m3. Chambers with volumes up to 18 m3 are available on request. Electron beam power. We select the power based on the requirements for penetration depth and accuracy. The EBCUBE series is available with power supplies ranging from 600 W to 30 kW, with accelerating voltages of 60, 80, or 150 kV. Our electron beam generators allow to achieve penetration depth between 10 µm and 80 mm

Manipulator anipulator configuration. Depending on the geometry of the part and the type of weld, we offer dozens of different configurations of holders and manipulators. 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-axis manipulators, use of a movable gun as a welding axis – you can be sure that we will select the EVOBEAM EBCUBE machine configuration that is exactly right for your task.
